Responsibilities
- Project Assessment & Sales
- Inspect damages, assess necessary actions, and determine the best solutions.
- Present and sell our services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and process.
- Project Management & Execution
- Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, guiding Crew Chiefs.
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and project success.
- Monitor progress, making adjustments as needed to meet targets and deadlines.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update stakeholders on key developments.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
- Strong sales with proven record or performance
- Good communication both verbal and written.
- Self-starter that can multi-task
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new restoration concepts and adapt to them.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bi-lingual is a plus!

Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, with on-target earnings including commissions.
