RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare estimates from designs, takeoffs and specifications including labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors
- Analyze and execute construction documents
- Purchase orders and material deliveries
- Manage on-site inventory
- Scheduling
- Identifying and managing changes
- Sub-contractor coordination and supervision
- Quality control and onsite inspections
- Manage costs by tracking labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors
- Review project actuals from original estimates
- Project completion
QUALIFICATIONS
- General comprehension of construction methods, estimating and project management
- Knowledge of the Ag industry is beneficial, but not required
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work individually and in team settings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
