Headquartered just outside of Glide, OR, Romtec, Inc. is looking to add an Accounts Payable Coordinator to our Accounting & Finance team!

Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Associate:
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring accounts payable are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Reconciling purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges through purchasing
- Reconcile all monthly statements from vendors
- Assist the accounting team as needed
- Back up reception
Qualifications preferred for the Accounts Payable Associate:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar
- Comfortable with math and calculations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 3-way matching experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs
