Ron Bouchard's Honda is seeking a highly motivated Express Service Writer / Supervisor to join our growing team! If you have experience in a jiffy or quick lube center, we'd love to talk to you! This is a position with great opportunity to grow with a reputable and customer-centric automotive service center who has been serving our community since 1986.
Core job responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly and listening attentively to their vehicle and service needs.
- Working with customers to obtain detailed descriptions of vehicle problems and discusses work to be performed and/or future repair recommendations and requirements
- Inspecting vehicles for visual damage, recording and communicating findings to technicians to ensure necessary repairs can be made
- Providing cost estimates of vehicle repairs to customers
- Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for service or warranties.
- Supervising the express service team and coaching and consulting our technicians
