Automotive Service Porter
We are looking for Automotive Service Porters to join our busy and growing dealership! We are seeking a reliable individual preferably with automotive dealership experience to join and grow with our team!
Service Porters are responsible for greeting customers and begin the process of getting the vehicles ready for service.
Service Porter Responsibilities:
● Move vehicles to and from service shop
● Install plastic lining on seats and steering wheel before service is performed
● Responsible for running shuttle service
● Assist in the daily operation of the parking facility
● Greet arriving and departing guests
● Ensure security of cars in showroom and lot management
● Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues
● Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines
● Reports all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediately
● Maintain integrity and appearance of lot
● Any and all other duties as assigned by service department.
Service Porter Qualifications:
● Prior porter, lot attendant, or valet experience
● Must be 18 years or older to apply
● Reliable and strong work ethic
● Ability to follow instructions
● Positive attitude
● Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
