What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with service needs, parts inquiries, and product information
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the technician team
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations
- Assist in ordering, stocking, and managing parts inventory
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or parts role (RV, marine, or automotive experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to learn technical product details
- Proficiency with computer systems
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to multitask effectively
