Junior Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable
The accounting team at Ron Jaworski Golf is currently recruiting for a Junior Staff Accountant position, with a focus on revenue processing. The position calls for strong journal entry and general ledger knowledge/skill paired with the highest level of integrity. This position will be operating from the Blue Heron Pines Golf Club in Galloway Twp. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:
- 6 Years’ real world accounting experience with a large company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong general ledger and journal entry knowledge/skill
- Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge/skill and be comfortable pulling data from multiple sources to build complex journal entries
- Experience with Sage INTACCT a plus but not required
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
- Ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrates highest levels of integrity & dependability

Position Responsibilities:
- Create & record revenue for multiple companies and retain all accounting records related to such. Post, verify& reconcile daily revenue, accounts receivable & maintain back up for advanced deposits
- Take daily deposits to the bank for the club at with you are located
- Calculate and keep up to date bonus & commissions calculations to be provided to payroll for processing
- Prepare receivable invoices when necessary
- Assist in month end audits for information pertaining to daily revenue processing
Position Time Requirements:
- 40-45 hours (seasonal business so more hours required in “busy” season and fewer in “off” season) Monday – Friday (weekend may be asked in season)
- Workday is 8 hours the shifts are flexible with what will work best for an individual offering start times from 7am-9am. We will require that to be consistent.
