Wedding Concierge
Do you love weddings and helping people create everlasting memories? Downingtown Country Club is looking for an enthusiast Wedding Concierge to join our team! In this position, you'll be the Day of Coordinator and work in close collaboration with the Private Event Team, Catering Team and the couple themselves. You'll be responsible for coordinating wedding details, providing meal and drink service to the couple, bridal party, and parents, and serve as the liaison between the venue and couple through the day to address any specific requests.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
• Demonstrate problem solving skills while working independent of direct supervision with limited
instruction
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a plus
•Must be available to work Friday nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of wedding day details
• Serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep tables in dining room and work stations cleaned, sanitized, and organized
• Perform set-up and clean-up procedures as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
• Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons
• Work weekends and holidays
• Physical activity for long periods of time including standing, walking, bending, and carrying
• Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
• Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate noise level
Rate: $175 a shift
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must live Hospitality and Service.
Love and Passion for Weddings
High school Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Serving Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to PA state law
Demonstrate problem solving skills while working independent of direct supervision
Must be dependable
Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
Salary : $175
