Deposit/ Till Room Associate

Ron Jon Surf Shop in Disney Springs® is now hiring a Deposit/ Till Room associate to join our team! We're looking for a detail-orientated candidate with prior customer service and cash handling experience. This opening is for a closing shift, with hourly pay to be discussed upon interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
• Understanding and being able to communicate company policies and standards.
• Daily Deposit completion and reconciliation of previous days deposit funds including cash report balancing, completion of bank deposit, daily accounting package and change orders.
• Coordinate with Management on pulling employee tills while maintaining floor coverage.
• Maintain Safe funds while providing support to sales staff including change, pickups and loans as needed.
• Communicate with management on cash discrepancies; prepare employee cash reprimands as needed.
• Must provide exemplary register skills understanding and processing higher level actions such as special discounts, returns, refunds, exchanges and store credits.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including email, Excel, and Word, is required.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings (depending on shift).
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
