Responsibilities:
- Serve and build quality relationships with old and new customers.
- Efficiently and with much speed take work orders and line guys out as a team to fulfill those orders.
- Be able to give clear good instructions as well as receive them and follow through.
- Be adaptable to flow of work demands.
- Keep good working relationships with customers and co-employees, strengthening your reputation which is a full reflection upon the business's reputation.
- Have high energy and optimism that cheers others to do and be better.
- Make sales and finish transactions out from start to finish.
- Change and Balance LT/P tires. Change and repair Semi, LT, P, Implement, Agriculture, industrial and small mining tires.
- Keep clean, safe and organized working environment.
