Service Advisor

Ron Lewis C-D-J-RAM in Pleasant Hills has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor due to retirement of one of our team members. Previous automotive dealership experience preferred, Stellantis / Chrysler experience a PLUS.

Job Requirements:

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Time Management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi task.

· Goal Orientated and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

· Interact with 12-15 service clients daily professionally in person, by telephone, text and email.

· Stay up to date on latest service offerings and pricing.

· Learn and follow already established Corporate Processes by completing Dealership and Factory Training.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
