What You'll Do:
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of BDC Representatives
• Coach daily behaviors that drive engagement, appointments, and results
• Oversee all inbound and outbound activity via phone, text, chat, email, and video
• Ensure follow-up systems in our CRM (VinSolutions) are tight, timely, and effective
• Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and guest satisfaction
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continual growth
• Lead with integrity, energy, and a servant-leader mindset
What You Bring to the Table:
• A passion for customer connection and digital communication
• Experience in automotive sales or call center leadership is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale a team
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, performance data, and cross-functional teams
