Job Description
Answers employee questions Create and distribute documents as necessary Setting up interview and arranging interviews Posts job ads and assist in recruitment process Maintains HR files and databases Prepares new employees files Performs file audit to ensure all required documentation is maintained and up to date. Must be able to communicate clearly and with all employees and members of management Open & distribute mail & small packages Assist with annual projects such as benefit plan enrollments HR compliance reporting may require use of Excel spreadsheets as needed Employee recognition gatherings: Coordinate birthday/anniversary tracking & celebration Assist with attendance tracking Other Projects as needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Experience in HR department 1 year or more, preferred. Experience in an office setting 1 year or more, preferred. Excellent record-keeping skills Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with co-workers Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as working in a team Demonstrate attention to detail, a professional attitude, and produce accurate work product Excellent communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office. Physical Demands Work is performed primarily in a fast-paced environment Required to frequently sit, stand or walk for extended periods in an office facility. Schedule Must be flexible and available to work outside designated office hours and/or weekend hours if necessary Some overtime may be required.
Additional Job Details: Assist with managing Employees Training completion/compliance, updating Site Communication Boards and Televisions monthly, assist with Badge printing, Detail Oriented, Excellent Multi-tasker, Intermediate Excel Knowledge, Develop Site Communication Fliers, Maintain Employee Voicemails, and other assigned task
