Job Description
Description- Check Cycle Count Daily Report. 1. Analyze the discrepancies based on the cycle count Report. 2. Report any discrepancy that needs to be fixed in the system to Inventory dept. 3. Fill out the Cycle Count Warehouse Files Report, in order to keep the control of it. * Request from Inventory or Planning dept. 1.Double check any physical or Return requested from the Office Team before to provide them the information. 2. Make sure to follow the customer procedure for a return. 3. Answer them in a timely manner depending of the priority. * Keep pallets out of "Z" location or blank location in the system. 1. Check every day that there are not pallets in "Z" location neither with blank location. 2. Do a physical on the item if necessary. Required Functions 1. Run Cycle Count Report every day. 2. Analyze any discrepancy with cycle count report. 3. Answer emails in timely manner. 4. Check Pallets in Z location every day. 5. Run Inventory Report (when needed it). 6. Send the Pallet Inventory Report to Production, Planning and Inventory dept, twice per week. 7. Report any issue to the supervisor. *Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift.
