Onsite Supervisor 2nd shift

We are seeking an Onsite supervisor to become a part of our team! Bilingual is a must, to work in a warehouse environment, managing up to 100 employees. This position is for 2nd shift only

Responsibilities:

• Oversee staffing levels and personnel
• Plan and coordinate staffing needs and recruit
• Work collaboratively with Client to complete orders and safety process
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure warehouse safety
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing or other Warehouse staffing fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Bilingual is a must
