Operate Palletizer and Strapper equipment to band the palletized product correctly.

Operate Palletizer and Strapper equipment to band the palletized product correctly.
- Perform visual checks of finished goods and ensure packs are stacked per customer requirements.
- Remove damaged and/or suspect finished goods from palletizer and report same to Supervision, Production Floor Lead and/or Quality Lead.
- Utilize proper packaging materials (chipboard, top frames and pallets) as required.
- Verify and place proper pallet tags on finished goods.
- Ensure continuous and smooth flow of product through the department.
- Observe safe work practices and maintain proper housekeeping.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One-year experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
- Must be able to perform repetitive and continuous work.
- Ability to understand directions/instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram format.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet production /quality goals.
- This work is performed in a warehouse/production environment
- Must be able to stand continuously 10 hours per shift
- Must be able to walk, lift/carry up to 25 lbs on occasion
- Must be able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must be able to twist at the waist and bend repetitively
