The customer success team at RTA is looking for an Customer Success Manager AKA Fleet Software Sensei. As a Customer Success Manager for dedicated accounts, you’ll take the wheel of each customer’s post-sales journey, guiding them with expert product knowledge, strategic planning, and top-notch project management. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships while staying in the fast lane, offering tailored recommendations that help customers accelerate their business objectives. By cruising through personalized interactions via office hours, webinars, and direct channels, you'll ensure each customer feels like a VIP. You'll proactively spot any churn risks and work with your team to keep things running smoothly. Partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants, you’ll create seamless customer experiences, while analyzing data to design engagement strategies that drive success. Proactive campaigns will keep your customers in the know, ensuring they’re always up to speed with the latest product capabilities. Total compensation for the role is between $70k and $85k, depending on experience. This is a full time, in office role.
