Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role will report directly to the Client Service Manager and requires a self-starter who is excited to support team members in serving the unique needs of institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth families. This individual will serve as a first responder for client requests and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service : Manages and coordinates client request, including financial transactions, account openings and maintenance, organizes client meetings and responds to client inquiries in a professional manner. Proactively responds to urgent needs and understands the financial planning philosophy and biblical basis upon which Blue Trust serves its client base.
Operations and Compliance Support : Maintains accurate electronic database of prospect and client information in the CRM and DMS systems. Assists the Company's Compliance Department in monitoring division activities and addressing items of concern.
Administration Oversight : Provides administrative support to the Division and / or team including managing quarterly billing, scheduling client / team meetings, and managing the expense reporting process. Seeks to build efficiencies and effectiveness into administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements
Client Service Expertise : 3 years in operations support, office management, client service, investments, administrative support, trust operations, or accounting experience preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Detail Oriented : Comfortable working with a high level of detail. Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Technical Skills : Demonstrated excellent computer literacy skills and knowledge of specialized programs. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Client-Focused : Keen focus on overall client engagement and exceptional client satisfaction levels. Ability to establish and maintain strong rapport with clients.
Team Player : Thrives in a team environment as well as working independently. Displays and encourages a servant mentality and team mindedness.
Education : Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Management, Business, Finance, and Accounting or related field.
