Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Family Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, hospitality, and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The Family Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing billing, entering data, following up with guests, and assisting with family programming activities.
Shift: Monday and Friday 9a-2p, as well as every other Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Billing: Oversee and process billing for family services, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices.
Database Management: Enter and maintain accurate data related to families, services, and interactions within the organization’s database systems.
Guest Follow-Up: Act as a point of contact for families, ensuring regular follow-up and providing assistance with any inquiries or concerns.
Family Programming Support: Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of family-focused events and programming activities.
Hospitality: Provide exceptional service to families by addressing their needs, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, generate reports, and support the administrative needs of the Operations Team.
Collaboration with Medical Facilities: Communicate with local medical facilities and healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar support role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with families in a compassionate and professional manner.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
Experience working in a family-centered or community-focused organization is a plus.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Rotating weekends
