Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Construction Engineer with a specialization in Structural Engineering to join our dynamic Construction Engineering Services team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering innovative design engineering solutions throughout all phases of the construction process. This position emphasizes conceptual brainstorming, meticulous structural calculations, and effective planning to meet client expectations while ensuring the safety of our construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in innovative design engineering by brainstorming conceptual designs.
• Execute and meticulously review structural calculations.
• Develop detailed plans and schedule tasks in alignment with client needs.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain safety standards for construction crews.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency and experience in temporary structures and/or construction engineering.
• Strong foundational knowledge in structural engineering principles.
• Familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Civil 3D, and Finite Element Analysis Software is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing interaction with all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Capability to efficiently organize and manage multiple project assignments.
• Flexibility to access various points of a construction site across different climates and environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure or eligibility to obtain it within the United States is required.
• Proven experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess a valid driver's license.
