Key Responsibilities
- Engage in innovative design engineering by brainstorming conceptual designs.
- Execute and meticulously review structural calculations.
- Develop detailed plans and schedule tasks in alignment with client needs.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain safety standards for construction crews.
- Proficiency and experience in temporary structures and/or construction engineering.
- Strong foundational knowledge in structural engineering principles.
- Familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Civil 3D, and Finite Element Analysis Software is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing interaction with all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Capability to efficiently organize and manage multiple project assignments.
- Flexibility to access various points of a construction site across different climates and environments.
- Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer licensure or eligibility to obtain it within the United States is required.
- Proven experience in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a valid driver's license.
