Job Title: Cabinet Designer Sales
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand their cabinetry needs and preferences, offering personalized design solutions.
- Use design software (training provided) to create and modify kitchen, bathroom, and closet cabinetry designs.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations on layout, finishes, and product selections to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final design approval, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
- Address customer concerns and follow up throughout the process to maintain satisfaction.
- Visit job sites as needed to resolve customer concerns and provide hands-on support.
- Stay informed on current design trends, cabinetry innovations, and industry developments.
- Provide cutting-edge design recommendations to clients, ensuring modern and functional solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in design, sales, or a related field.
- Strong passion for cabinetry design and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Diligent and detail-oriented approach to the design and sales process.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in cabinetry design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest or experience in cabinetry design, particularly with European-style frameless cabinetry, is a plus.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is beneficial but not required.
