Cabinetry Design Sales SpecialistLocation :
19479 Stevens Creek Blvd, Suite 110, Cupertino, CA 95014Responsibilities : Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their cabinetry needs and preferences, offering tailored design solutions.Utilize design software (training provided) to create and adjust cabinetry designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and closets.Provide insightful recommendations on layout, finishes, and product selections to maximize customer satisfaction.Oversee the sales process from initial consultation to final design approval, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.Address customer concerns proactively, maintaining communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.Conduct on-site visits as necessary to resolve customer issues and offer hands-on support.Stay updated on current design trends, cabinetry innovations, and industry advancements.Deliver modern design recommendations that ensure functional and stylish solutions for clients.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in design, sales, or a similar field.Strong enthusiasm for cabinetry design and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to design and sales.Willingness to learn and gain expertise in cabinetry design software (experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.Interest or experience in cabinetry design, especially with European-style frameless cabinetry, is an advantage.Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales is beneficial.Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.Compensation and Benefits : Base salary commission bonus perksHealth benefits401(k) with matchingPaid Time Off (PTO)Job Type :
