Description
Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time experienced Estimator that has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial construction estimating, engineering, or similar experience, customer focused, team orientated mindset, and strong computer / organizational skills.
The Estimator will estimate construction costs including planning and scheduling. They will offer and/or coordinate full estimating services and all contract types. They will prepare competitive bid proposals, conceptual estimating, value engineering and give suitable estimating services on construction management proposals. They need to be detail oriented, accurate, and have a strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.

Required Skills and Knowledge
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
• Experience: Two (2) years of commercial construction estimating, engineering or similar experience required.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
The Location
Roncelli’s headquarters is located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position will report to our main office in Sterling Heights, with the expectation of visiting potential and current jobsites as needed.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
