We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects and provide leadership for project teams. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing project operations, client and subcontractor relationships, financials, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role also involves business development, bid preparation, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction management principles.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant construction experience.
- CPR, 1st Aid, OSHA 30 certification, and drug testing required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communications and positive relationship development with Clients, Architect/Engineers, Consultants
- Developing new business opportunities including coordinating and assisting business development and estimating with the analysis and preparation of bids and proposals
- Developing opportunities while limiting exposure to enhance project margins
- Direct and frequent communications with executive management.
- Developing and enhancing relationships with subcontractors and material vendors
- Total oversight of project operations and activities including
- Management of all financial aspects of the project to meet or exceed the planned project margins
- Total project contract administration
- Development and monitoring of work plans, logistics, bidding and construction process planning
- Scheduling, phasing, and compliance with the contract
- Oversight of Project Cost controls, Project Documentation Development and Controls
- Establishment and oversight of overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Oversight of Project Safety Plan Development and Implementation
- Promoting staff development, providing training and resources to subordinate staff.
- Insuring implementation of company policies and procedures
- Problem and dispute recognition, avoidance and resolution as required.
Skill and Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work without supervision and to advise and consult with executive management on a regular basis
- Ability to educate, train manage and supervise subordinates to act as a cohesive team
- Desire to enhance customer development, maintain positive relationships with the Client, A/E personnel and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities and future business opportunities.
- Desire to learn and understand the Client’s operational procedures and business goals
- Strong knowledge of construction management theory and techniques
- Strong scheduling abilities, and organizational talents that allow for properly structured and tracked projects
- Understanding of project and corporate financials, and methods for monitoring and reporting
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and project.\
- Ability to learn additional skills as may be required to facilitate project control.
- Ability to recognize problems and issues and negotiate and achieve resolutions in a timely manner
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment and methodologies
- Knowledge of safety laws and regulations, labor agreements and trade jurisdictions.
- Solid understanding of estimating, accounting and business principles
- Basic estimating methodologies
- Thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions
- Strong computer skills are a must. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project, Procore and any customer required software (i.e. Covisint, Contract Manager and E-Builder).
- Knowledgeable in all company policies and procedures.

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
