- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, and document management.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Act as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and other administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.
