We are seeking experienced General and Assistant Store Managers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess integrity and character, with a proven track record of managing high-volume retail stores with sales exceeding $30M annually.
A minimum of five years of experience in store management is required, along with the ability to lead teams of up to 350 associates and department managers.
The position requires driving gross margin and developing talent, as well as evidence of strong verbal and numeric reasoning skills.
This role is within a ShopRite Retail store and may involve evenings and weekends.
