Description :
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business. This key role involves overseeing work plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of seamless operations across all stages of project execution. The Project Coordinator will play an integral role in keeping stakeholders informed, managing resources, and maintaining smooth communication channels within the organization.
Objectives of the Role :
Lead projects from inception to deployment, ensuring clear definition of requirements, schedules, scope, budgets, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure projects meet defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Regularly analyze project status, adjusting scope, schedule, or budget when necessary to ensure alignment with project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and any changes.
Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain effective processes for managing project scope, setting quality standards, and identifying and assessing potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates and escalate issues to management as required, in accordance with the project work plan.
Foster and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and other external resources.
Create and deliver management presentations, including utilizing graphic design skills for clear and effective communication.
Assign resources and monitor project progress to ensure efficiency, timely completion, and quality deliverables.
Skills Required :
Exceptional attention to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Proven experience working with all levels of management.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding presentation and organizational abilities.
Skills Preferred :
Experience in developing internal process platforms.
Familiarity with SharePoint development and maintenance.
Knowledge of web technologies and software platforms aimed at improving usability.
Experience Required :
A minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
Experience Preferred :
Experience with developing internal platforms and web-based solutions.
Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance.
Experience in designing and developing user-friendly web technologies and software platforms.
Education Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a Science-related field.
Education Preferred :
Additional certifications or training in project management, safety, or related fields would be an asset.
