Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow our Foodservice coffee business within the Kansas City area. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to identify potential customers, generate and develop new business, and maintain active business relationships with new and existing customers. The Sales Representative will present a mix of products, services, and solutions to meet customers' business needs; develop a complete understanding of Ronnoco's products and equipment in order to provide exceptional customer service; and consistently develop new business and meet sales goals. This is a remote position and will require overnight travel.

- Foster existing customer relationships as well as acquire new business through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits
- Evaluate market trends, recommend products, and utilize sampling of product cuttings to meet customers' business goals
- Provide exceptional customer service - answer questions based on products, availability, pricing, and applications, and provide product information and practical training to customers' personnel
- Remain informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and pricing
- Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision makers
- Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner, and by resolving all customer complaints and issues
- Contact accounts regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction Ronnoco's products and services
- 3 years' professional sales experience, including cold calling experience
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to use database management systems or CRM to provide, organize, and track customer information
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all teams
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Must be able to pass drug test and physical
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of time
