Service Operations Coordinator

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support our Service Team with administrative reporting and equipment purchasing functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage various tracking tools and spreadsheets to enable the organization visibility to the status of initiatives, KPIs and equipment spend.
• Compile information, analyzes, and prepares reports and departmental metrics.
• Develop quotes and ensure accurate invoicing for equipment sales.
• Process equipment purchase requests and tracks all shipment and inventory.
• Process and track purchase orders, returns, freight claims.
• Compile, track and report production activity across multiple locations.
• Assist customer service creating and monitoring service requests.
• Communicate cross functionally to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce control procedures, recommending improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in an account support role, with a customer centric mindset.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen with willingness to learn Ronnoco Beverage Solutions business, products, customers, and suppliers.
