Responsibilities:
The person in this role must understand they will be our director of first impressions. The position includes general office work and document preparation.
- Answer phones and greet guests in our Sales Office
- Register guests and sales agents
- Data entry
-Various detailed oriented support to Sales Agents, Sales Coordinator and Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma
Experience/Background/Qualifications:
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in Front Desk or completion of a two-year business-related program
- Customer-centric attitude and service skills
- Positive, upbeat, engaged attitude
- Impeccable, professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work in a fluid, sometimes busy environment transitioning smoothly between greeting guests, answering phones, working on tasks and running errands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Understanding the concept of and ability to provide concierge services. Customer Service and Administrative Assistant background in real estate helpful.
Schedule:
-5 days
-Monday through Friday
-10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Hours can vary occasionally due to sales events and company functions)
Salary commensurate with experience.
