Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Project Engineer at Roof and Realm located in Concord, CA. The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, stormwater management, site development, civil engineering, and quality control tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Review and Oversight :
- Evaluate architectural designs and plans for compliance with Roof and Realm’s standards, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution to ensure feasibility and design integrity.
- Design Collaboration :
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to refine project plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Offer creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to modular building principles.
- Project Management :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee construction documents and coordinate with permitting authorities for project approvals.
- Quality Assurance :
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure conformity to approved designs.
- Identify and resolve design or construction issues promptly.
- Client Engagement :
- Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, addressing design-related queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations and design visuals to effectively communicate architectural concepts.
