1099 Sales Representative – Roof Maxx of Wooster

Roof Maxx of Wooster provides an innovative and sustainable roofing solution that extends the life of aging shingles, helping homeowners and businesses save thousands while reducing landfill waste. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers on Roof Maxx’s benefits and assess roof conditions.
• Provide accurate quotes and close sales professionally.
• Represent Roof Maxx of Wooster at community events and networking functions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Proven sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or B2C preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday

Location:

• Columbus, OH (Delaware County) (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Columbus, OH (Delaware County): Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
