Duties

- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies that enhance retail sales.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting purposes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market data effectively.
