- Reflashing a custom chimney
- Setting a harness and walking a 12/12 pitch roof
- Repairing areas with rotten decking
All other candidates will NOT be considered.
About the Job:
You will be diagnosing leaks and doing technical asphalt shingle roof repairs 5 days a week at $375/day.

Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 Years Roofing Experience – Hands-on experience with asphalt shingle roofing, including underlayment, shingle installation, step flashing, pipe jack boots, and chimney flashing.
✔ Comfortable on Roofs – Confident walking up to 10/12 pitch and two-story heights. For 10/12 pitches, a boom lift will be provided.
✔ Valid Driver’s License – Must be able to drive a truck and trailer competently.
✔ Legal Work Authorization – Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide Form I-9 documentation.
✔ English Fluency – Spanish is a plus but not required.
✔ Professionalism – Maintain a clean, professional appearance, follow company branding, and adhere to workplace policies (e.g., no smoking on client property or in company vehicles).
