A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING PRODUCTION MANAGER
As a Roofing Production Manager, you lead our teams as they repair and replace roofs for our customers. In this leadership role, you're ultimately responsible for implementing efficient processes and guaranteeing the quality results we're known for. Based on the specifications of a given project, you help determine a timeline and budget and ensure that they are adhered to. You communicate with subcontractors and clients to coordinate every detail and keep the project on track until completion. You will be responsible for coordinating, ordering and sometimes picking up materials.
Using your industry knowledge, you determine how much labor is needed for a job and schedule workers accordingly. If problems arise, you troubleshoot and adjust to make sure we're meeting our goals. You get satisfaction from leading an excellent team and providing high-quality results for our customers every time.
