Job Overview :
As a Field Marketer / Canvassing Manager , you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of canvassers to engage with homeowners and generate leads. You'll be tasked with creating brand awareness, building relationships in the community, and driving customer acquisition through strategic door-to-door canvassing efforts and field marketing events. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and a drive to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a Team : Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to effectively represent Roof Right’s services in the field.
- Field Marketing & Canvassing : Develop and execute a comprehensive canvassing strategy, focusing on door-to-door outreach in key neighborhoods and areas.
- Event Coordination : Organize and field outside marketing events to promote the Roof Right brand, including community outreach and participation in local events.
- Lead Generation : Drive qualified leads through door-to-door interactions, ensuring high-quality conversations with homeowners about Roof Right's roofing solutions.
- Brand Awareness : Build and increase brand recognition in target markets by positioning Roof Right as a trusted, professional roofing service provider.
- Track and Report : Monitor team performance, lead generation success, and overall effectiveness of outreach efforts. Provide regular reports to management with key metrics and insights.
