We provide roofing, siding, windows, doors and more services for Carroll, Hartford, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, and Frederick Counties, as well as York and Adams Counties. Whether it's slate, cedar, asphalt, fiberglass, metal, or flashing, we offer service for all types of residential roofing repairs. We also provide commercial roofing services to our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Roof Right Inc, located in Hampstead, Maryland. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and products is a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
