Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at job sites
• Perform repairs on various types of roofing systems (primarily asphalt shingles)
• Assess roofs for damage, leaks, and restoration criteria
• Perform chemical soft-wash cleaning of roofs
• Complete roof "tune-ups" with great attention to detail
• Perform product application tasks using an airless sprayer
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and gather information about their roofing needs
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Assist and oversee roof installation and subcontractors as needed
• Deliver warranty information to customers
• Engage with Sales Leads as opportunities arise
• Seek out opportunities for growth and expansion

Requirements

• Roofing experience and knowledge is mandatory.
• Safety First mentality!
• Comfortable working at heights and on steep pitch roofs.
• Physical stamina and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Strong math skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
