Sales position for an established roofing company in the New Orleans area. We need sales oriented candidates who are interested in a career with an average compensation of $60,000 - $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Maximize every opportunity with the “selling every lead” mindset.
- Exceed sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Generate leads through door to door, networking, referrals and phone calls.
- Maintain team player orientation & strong work ethics.
- Review installation and ensure that it meets Company’s quality standards.
- Understand that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
- Keep customer informed before-during-after project.
- Create roof estimates, follow-up on prospects and sign contracts.
- Conduct hail & wind damage inspection results and handle insurance adjusters.
- Work with insurance adjusters and assist homeowners with filing insurance claims for weather related damages.
Qualifications
- No previous experience is necessary
- Technology proficient.
- Knowledge and experience in residential and commercial roofing systems preferred, not required.
- Problem-solving and helping resolve customer issues
- Perform roof inspections, ability to climb a ladder is necessary
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Act fairly and ethically in all business dealings
- Outstanding communication and sales skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
