Job Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and local market engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, and support business development efforts. This is an On-Site role in Leesburg Ohio.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping RoofX's presence in the roofing industry, driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, and building lasting relationships with our community. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our market share and enhancing our reputation as a trusted leader in our industry."
Key Responsibilities :
Brand & Content Marketing :
Develop marketing materials, case studies, and project showcases (before / after photos, videos, client testimonials).
Manage and update the company website, ensuring accurate service offerings and SEO optimization.
Oversee branding consistency across signage, vehicles, and job site marketing.
Digital & Social Media Marketing :
Manage Google My Business, local SEO, and online directories (Angi, Houzz, HomeAdvisor, etc.).
Run paid digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive leads.
Create engaging social media content highlighting projects, team stories, and industry trends.
Drive a 30% increase in lead generation through targeted digital campaigns
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Buildertrend).
Community & Event Marketing :
Coordinate sponsorships, trade show participation, and networking events.
Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and local business associations.
Organize community engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
Analytics & Performance Tracking :
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
Provide reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills :
1. 2-5 years of marketing experience (construction, real estate, or preferred home services).
2. Strong content creation, copywriting, and social media management skills.
3. Experience with Google Ads, SEO, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
4. Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
