Position Overview:
Connect Service Solutions is seeking a visionary Director of IT to spearhead our technology strategy, drive digital transformation, and manage our IT infrastructure with excellence. Your Key Contributions:

• IT Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor IT teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Infrastructure & Systems Management
  • Oversee IT operations, including network administration, cybersecurity, cloud services, and software applications.
  • Design and manage scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems.
  • Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
• Project Management
  • Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology deployment.
• Budgeting & Vendor Management
  • Manage the IT budget to balance technological innovation with cost control.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal value and performance.
  • Oversee vendor compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Safeguard organizational data and infrastructure through robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to mitigate risks and enhance security.
• Team Development
  • Build and nurture a high-performing IT team.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous learning.

Your Expertise:

Core Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies, and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, risk mitigation, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Skilled in aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Adept at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency

• Skilled in managing cloud platforms, enterprise software, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Proficient in budget management and financial forecasting.

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of proven IT leadership, managing complex IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSM, or ITIL.

Special Requirements

• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
