Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer complaints & needs in a timely manner with urgency
- Call backs, repairs & maintenance scheduled daily as they arise
- Utilize & maintain job tracking system and sheets provided by Director of Production
- Maintain impeccable, detailed job notes in Acculynx
- Customer Communication is priority; quickly return calls, notify customer of changes or as new information arises, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Scheduling & dispatch of field personnel daily with logistical efficiency
- Crew communication and scheduling
- Daily supervision of field employees by job site visits
- Review of job tickets to confirm quality, safety and customer service
- Vehicle & equipment maintenance
- Review service technician productivity, quality & overall performance
- Regular training sessions to increase knowledge and efficiency
- Regular training & discussion of safety related topics, inspections, and documentation
- Invoicing & material purchasing; Job Cost management
- Creation of management reports such as profitability reports
- Motivate & inspire employees
- Strategic thinking, complex problem solving, solution oriented
- Minimum 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry
- Strong field functional knowledge
- Service office supervising experience
- Experience with scheduling
- Ability to budget, measure, and organize
- Logistics experience a plus
- Good driving record- Driving record must be obtained from DMV by employee
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic with regular & reliable attendance & positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & general emailing
- Ability to self-manage & work independently with minimal supervision
