Responsibilities:
- Ensure permits are pulled with municipalities (if applicable, varies per market)
- Scheduling and completion of inspections with municipalities (if applicable)
- Review all contracts received line by line before approving. Ensuring all information is accurately marked. Ensure appropriate action is taken when the status changes
- Contact customers within 24 hours of contract receipt. Preferably same day
- Crew Pay Agreement and Invoice review with Crew at the start and completion of each job; upload into AL, tag appropriate people to signal completion and payment
- Work with subcontractors to negotiate a fair labor pay agreement, and ensure additional pay is added to the labor agreement in the event of a change order
- Ensuring the customer has a smooth, enjoyable Customer Experience
- Regular communication with the customers to keep them updated on the status of their job and schedule installations. Delays due to materials or permits need weekly communication with customers. Entering information in CRM
- Schedule Field Supervisor Day to Day Activities; Warranties and Call Back
- Working with the field team to organize route schedules to optimize service and timeliness
- Daily monitoring of every job assigned to you
- Entering clear, concise notes in CRM on every action taken
- Work with suppliers to ensure that all pricing is the best that it can be
- Work with subcontractors to make sure all pricing is the best it can be
- Creates all material orders and work orders by job
- Schedule all material deliveries
- Assist FS, Production Manager, and Director of Production in resolving production-related issues
- Follow Job Assignment Procedures (P-001)
- This is a 100% Office Work position
- Ensure all Jobs have the required information from Start to Finish
- Project Manager Recap Agenda
- Experience or Ability to learn CRM
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general emailing
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision

- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
