Seeking an experienced leader to oversee roofing service operations, ensure quality standards, and manage team performance. Must have a strong construction background, hands-on roofing experience, and excellent communication skills

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specifications.
• Supervise and train team members on best practices in construction techniques, including heavy lifting, metal stud framing, masonry, and roofing.
• Interpret and utilize schematics to guide project execution and restoration tasks. Oversee the use of hand tools and welding equipment to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients to assess needs, provide updates, and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining open lines of communication
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing methods, including, metal work, commercial and flat roofing and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools and machinery relevant to construction tasks.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites as needed.
