We're seeking an Adjuster Liaison who will play a critical role in getting claims approved by ensuring the accuracy of inspections, and supporting the insurance claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Adjuster Meetings: Lead meetings with adjusters to discuss inspections and claim progress.
- Roof Inspections: Climb roofs safely to assess and identify potential damage, including wind, hail, or structural issues.
- Damage Assessment: Provide thorough, detailed evaluations of damage, supported by accurate reports and documentation.
- Hover Reports: Create and maintain precise Hover reports to assist in the claims and repair processes.
- Insurance Claims Process: Collaborate with the team to streamline the claims process, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is complete and accurate.
- Timely Communication: Ensure adjusters and internal teams are informed and updated promptly on inspection findings and claim statuses.
- Detail-Oriented Documentation: Maintain high attention to detail in all reports, photos, and communications to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols during inspections and while working at heights.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the roofing, construction, or insurance claims industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims process is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, thorough documentation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with adjusters.
- Proficient in using technology, including Hover and other reporting tools.
- Ability to safely climb roofs and work at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
