What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofer position at Roofers Local 58?
Jobsites starting up and will be busy into the Summer of 2025 and beyond. Experienced Foremen and Journeymen Roofers needed for our contractors: Central States Roofing and Monument Roofing of Colorado, A Tecta America Company, LLC! We will also be having another contractor that will become signatory to our Union sometime in 2025.
Must have at least an OSHA 10 Card. A clean record is preferred to be able to work on a military base and/or prison. Looking for motivated individuals that are looking to productively work 40 hours/week depending on weather. Individuals who have four to five years of commercial roofing experience and can provide verification may be eligible to start off at journeyman wages (32.77/hr).
Job description:
Outdoors work, individual will be required to work at heights, with fall protection. Individual will be working with their hands and be required to be on their feet for a duration of the day. Also, will be working around heavy equipment/machinery.
Looking for individuals with some experience in construction/roofing to journeyman roofing experience. Pay is based off of experience.
For those that do not have any prior experience: We have an apprenticeship program that would allow you to learn skills on the job as well as in a classroom environment to further sharpen your skills in the roofing industry.

Pay: $32.55 - $37.16 per hour
