Roofing & More, Inc., (Herndon), one of the area's most respected contracting companies, is now accepting applications for immediate employment of an experienced Customer Care Communication Specialist to join our team. This talented person will process all inbound phone calls, and forms submitted through our website seeking information concerning the companies services and service area in order to gather pertinent information required to set an appointment for a project consultant to visit their home/business resulting in a sales proposal. The main position duties are:
-Provide an exceptional experience to each customer through dynamic phone communcation skills gathering the key information needed to set an appointment for a site visit resulting in customer confidence that they have selected a quality contractor to handle their home exterior remodeling/repair project.
-Professionally communicate with the customer on each aspect of the project consultant appointment in order to set the expectation of having an "exceptional experience.
-Maintain accurate and up to date lead generation/sales information in the business software program.
-Produce ongoing reports for management.
-Support the sales team though effective ongoing communications with the customers and project consultants
- Be cross trained in commensurate positions in order to provide support for sick days, vacations or unfilled positions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,700.00 - $52,000.00 per year
