We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying appointments and setting solar presentations with potential clients from Facebook, Google, and roofing leads. The Inside Sales Representative will work out of our corporate Naples office and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone to verify appointments or schedule solar presentations.
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade potential clients to book appointments or attend solar presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience
- Bonus per appointment scheduled
