Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Roof Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only position that offers unlimited earning potential based on performance. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals to help them secure the best roofing solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach.
• Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing needs and recommend the best products and services.
• Present and explain roofing options to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Close sales and ensure contracts are signed.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is a plus (roofing industry experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and services is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including climbing roofs and carrying ladders.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment necessary for the job.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. We offer competitive commission rates and the opportunity to earn uncapped income. The harder you work, the more you earn! Additionally, top performers will have the opportunity to increase their percentage of commission after 90 days. This position is ideal for someone who is driven by success and looking to make significant earnings in a sales-focused role.
