Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help generate leads, accurately build out estimates, manage the Roofing / Siding projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is someone who is coachable, teachable and has a proven track record of direct sales, project management or has a construction background with customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Generate, Follow up, Generate Accurate Estimates, Conduct onsite inspections and in-home demo style sales
Coordinate with the production team to determine the specifications of the project
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and lead sources
Secure revenue goals
Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
Report on progress
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
Entry-Level Position, These qualifications are preferred but not Required.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience as a Construction Manager / Project management is preferred but not required
Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software(Leap, Roofr, Hover, Company cam)
